Medication Management includes assistance with administration, storage and processing of prescribed medications by physician
Emergency Care Attendant Call System with Wearable Technology
Weekly change and laundry of linens and towels
Weekly personal laundry done on an individual basis

Horizon Place's bright and lovely dining room is the perfect place to connect with friends and enjoy your daily meals. Our kitchen staff goes the extra mile to create menus that are both delicious and nutritious. Have special dietary needs? No problem! Aren't feeling well? You can receive a tray in your room.
